Your Disney PhotoPass Photos Can Now Go Straight to Shutterfly

You paid for those Disney photos. Give them somewhere to live besides a camera roll.

Disney and Shutterfly announced a new partnership on October 20, 2026, giving Walt Disney World and Disneyland guests an optional way to send eligible Disney PhotoPass photos directly to a linked Shutterfly account. From there, they can turn those memories into photo books, cards, ornaments and other personalized keepsakes.

What actually changed?

Instead of downloading qualifying PhotoPass pictures and uploading them again, guests can connect their MyDisney and Shutterfly accounts and let the eligible photos sync. Shutterfly is also offering Disney Parks-inspired designs, including collections themed to Walt Disney World’s four parks.

Shutterfly’s FAQ says purchased, eligible PhotoPass photos are the ones that sync. Linking accounts does not make unpaid PhotoPass pictures free. Eligibility and account status can affect which images appear.

How to link your photos

  1. Visit Shutterfly’s official Disney PhotoPass guide.
  2. Sign in to your Shutterfly account, or create one if you choose.
  3. Follow the prompts to connect your MyDisney account.
  4. Wait for your eligible purchased photos to appear. Shutterfly says syncing typically takes less than 10 minutes, but guests should allow up to 24 hours. An email lets you know when they are ready.

A little Disney on your bookshelf

A photo book of your favorite park day, a holiday card with that castle picture, or an ornament marking a family trip: this is a practical reason to revisit photos that might otherwise disappear into the scroll.

Before ordering, check the final product price, shipping and any offer terms. Photo storage is subject to Shutterfly’s policies and account requirements, so keep your own copies of the pictures that matter to you.

The account-linking launch covers Walt Disney World and Disneyland. A similar experience for Disney Cruise Line and Aulani is planned for early 2027, according to the announcement.

What would you actually make with your Disney photos: a book, an ornament, or a wall full of memories?
