Disney Springs has found another way to turn “let’s grab brunch” into an entire plan.
Summer House on the Lake is hosting a Rosé Soirée on Saturday, October 24, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The restaurant lists tickets at $95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. This is a ticketed event to plan around, rather than a reason to assume your regular brunch reservation includes the extras.
What is on the event menu?
The announced lineup pairs bottomless rosé, mimosas and Sarti Spritz with passed brunch plates, a build-your-own avocado toast bar and sweets.
A few menu highlights: ahi tuna and watermelon tostadas, hot honey bacon on jalapeño cornbread, mini lemon-blueberry pancake stacks and warm mini cinnamon rolls. Cookies make an appearance, too. Apparently brunch also needs a dessert strategy. We understand.
The event page also lists permanent bracelets, bouquet building, hat customization and artisan popsicles. Check with the venue about any separate vendor charges before treating those activities as included in the ticket.
How this fits a Springs day
Make brunch the anchor, then keep the afternoon flexible. This is the kind of outing that leaves room for browsing, a lakeside stroll and the entirely predictable discovery that someone needs to visit one more shop.
Before booking, check the final checkout total, ticket availability and event terms through Summer House’s official Rosé Soirée page. The listed $95 is not an all-in price.
