What’s Actually Changing at Disney Springs Right Now

Let’s start with the one that’ll actually change your plans: Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill is closing permanently. If it’s been on your list, this month is your last shot — after that, it’s gone for good.

On a lighter note, Homecomin’ just rolled out new Fall menu items, and they’re worth the trip. Fried Brussels sprouts tossed in balsamic glaze with spicy honey and crumbled goat cheese is the one I’d actually recommend over anything else on the seasonal menu. These are here through November 30, so there’s no rush, but don’t sleep on it either.

If you’re looking for a reason to eat somewhere that also does some good, Maria & Enzo’s and Enzo’s Hideaway both launched limited-time menus this month benefiting the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation, ahead of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. Same great food, and your check is doing a little extra this time.

And if you haven’t been to the West Side in a while, Level99 — the interactive gaming venue — is open and worth a stop, especially if you’ve got a group with mixed interests. It’s a genuinely different kind of Disney Springs experience than what most of the district offers.

That’s the real state of things right now. Menus change, restaurants close, new stuff opens — I’ll keep updating this as it actually happens, not just when there’s a press release.
