My Disney Springs movie day has a breakfast routine: an egg and cheese sandwich at Everglazed before my AMC A-List movie. It is my go-to, and a reminder that Springs can be part of your morning plans, too.
For a weekend when you want to sit down and make more of the meal, Raglan Road offers a different option. The restaurant’s official food page lists brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Three additions to put on your radar
The DIS reported six new brunch dishes on October 24. Here are three from that report that show the range:
- Celtic Baked Eggs, $24.95: eggs with tomato, sausage and vegetables, plus potatoes.
- Hash Stack, $20.95: potato and onion with avocado, egg and spicy accents.
- Hipsters Benedict, $25.50: a croissant-based take with avocado, bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise.
Prices and dish details are attributed to The DIS’s October 24 report, not independently verified against the downloadable venue menu. Prices and availability may change. The report date is not a verified launch date.
Quick breakfast or a slower weekend?
The useful distinction is the kind of morning you want. My Everglazed stop fits the breakfast-before-a-movie routine. A sit-down weekend brunch is something to plan around, especially if you have a showtime to make.
This is a menu preview, not my tasting review of the new Raglan Road dishes. My Everglazed recommendation comes from my own visits; these additions are news to consider for a future weekend.
Before heading over, check Raglan Road’s current menu and reservation link. Remember that its published brunch hours are for Saturday and Sunday, so this is not a weekday breakfast plan.
What is your Disney Springs morning style: grab breakfast and keep moving, or settle in for brunch?
