Three Disney World Carbs I’d Happily Buy Again
Some people have a must-do ride list. I also have a must-eat carb list.
These three have earned their place on it. We’re starting at Magic Kingdom, heading to Hollywood Studios, and finishing at Disney Springs. This is a favorites list, not a challenge to eat all three in one day. Although I admire the ambition.

Tony’s Garlic Bread For The Table
Tony’s Town Square Restaurant · Magic Kingdom
The garlic bread is only part of the story. What gets me is the creamy sauce you pour over it. Disney’s menu calls it Parmesan Fonduta, served with ciabatta and roasted garlic butter.
Heavenly. That’s the word.
Bread, garlic, and then more creamy goodness poured on top. This is exactly the kind of appetizer I’m happy to make room for.
My verdict: Worth the calories. Pour the sauce.
Bavarian Pretzel at BaseLine Tap House
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
The pretzel is huge and fresh, and the cheese sauce is a big part of why I love it. On the menu, it’s a Bavarian Pretzel with beer-cheese fondue and spicy mustard.
I get two of the cheese sauces. That’s important information, and I stand by it.
Add a beer on tap, and you’ve got one of my favorite food stops at Hollywood Studios. Sometimes a big pretzel, enough cheese sauce, and a beer are all the planning you need.
My verdict: Worth the calories. Get the extra cheese.
Bread Pudding at House of Blues
Disney Springs
I remembered it as caramel sauce. The current House of Blues menu calls it toffee sauce and lists bourbon butter, too. Either way, I could bathe in that sauce.
I won’t. House of Blues probably has rules about that.
But that should tell you where I stand. This is the dessert I’m thinking about when someone asks whether we should get something sweet at Disney Springs.
My verdict: Worth the calories. Absolutely worth the sauce.

Your turn
Those are three carbs I’d happily buy again. No complicated scoring system. Just food I’ve enjoyed enough to want another round.
